Joshua L Kincaid is in his third year as Director of Personalized Learning and his first year as Assistant Superintendent of Menifee County Schools. Prior to these roles, he spent eleven years as an Exceptional Child Instructor at the elementary and secondary levels in Powell and Clark Counties. In 2003, he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Eastern Kentucky University. He served six years as a Lexington police officer before obtaining his Master's in Learning Behavior Disorders from Georgetown College in 2009 and decided to switch careers. He then attended the University of the Cumberlands and obtained an Educational Specialist in 2018 and then went on to Asbury University to pursue his Superintendent certification. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and is an active member of his church community.
