Jodi Blackburn currently serves as Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment for the Menifee County School District. This is her sixteenth year in education. Mrs. Blackburn is a National Board Certified Teacher and her career has provided multiple opportunities to serve educators and students across the state, including working as a Professional Development Associate and grant writer for Morehead State University, teaching in Franklin and Scott County Schools, and serving as Co-Director of MSU’s Kentucky Reading Project. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Master of Arts in Education as a Teacher Leader.  She is currently completing her Educational Specialist Degree.  She has presented at multiple national and state conferences, including the National Boards for Professional Teachers Conference in Washington D.C., and the Southern Regional Educational Board National Conference.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
