My name is Karlee Willoughby.  I am from Mt. Sterling, KY.  I attended Morehead State University where I received my Bachelor's in Elementary Education in 2016.  I also attended The University of The Cumberlands where I received my Master's in LBD Special Education.  This is my 5th year teaching in the Menifee County School District.
