Mr. Manley joined the Menifee High School family in December of 2018 after twelve years of service with Fayette County Schools. There he served as a dean of students and a career and technical education teacher, developing a first of its kind homeland security program of study that now serves as a model for the state and nation. That program was recognized in 2016 by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, FEMA, the U.S. Department of Education, and the American Red Cross as a National Youth Preparedness Program during a ceremony at the White House. 

Mr. Manley is a native eastern Kentuckian and resides in Menifee County with his wife, Bethanie, the Allied Health and Health & Physical Education teacher at MCHS. They have three children, all of whom are current students in the Menifee County Schools.

During his free time he enjoys the outdoors, reading, baseball, travelling with his family, and Broadway performances.
