Students learn to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety. All content and materials are based on actual job tasks identified by foodservice industry experts.
Both Career pathways offers our stuents the opportunity to particiate in a School Based Enterprise. These experiences allow students to learn contextually without leaving school. Textbook concepts become real as students learn how operate their own business and is an integral part of the curriculum.
