I graduated from Morehead State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with an emphasis in teaching grades 5 - 12.  This will be my sixteenth year in education; all but one of those being here in the Menifee County School District. I completed my Master of Counseling degree in 2012, and have three years of counseling experience.  In addition, in December 2020, I received my National Board Certification for Teaching in the area of early adolescence English: Language Arts. During this school year, 2022-23, I will be working as the 5th-8th grade instructional coach.
